The Midwest Conference (MWC) Champion shall be the team with the highest winning percentage in league play.

If two teams are tied in winning percentage, and head-to-head does not resolve the tie, teams shall be named Co-MWC Champions and the recipient of the NCAA AQ shall be determined as outlined below.

Tiebreaker:
  1. Head-to-head competition.
  2. Results against the common opponent with the highest W/L%. If this does not break the tie, continue down through the standings to break the tie by result against common opponents.
  3. Teams will be named Co-Champions and the team that has the highest NCAA Division III National Power Index (NPI) ranking upon conclusion of the regular season will win the tiebreaker for the league's Automatic Qualifier.
